Easy Wonton Wraps

Wonton Wraps are great and used in so many recipes. They can be deep-fried and sprinkled with icing sugar. Or you can wrap up pork and serve in chicken broth (wonton soup). They can be cut into strips, fried and served over stir-fry or salad.

Ingredients:

2  cups  AP flour
1           egg
3/4 tsp  salt
1/4 cup water

Combine flour and salt, make a well in the center
Mix egg and water together and pour into well
Combine well. If it is too dry, add up to 1/4 cup more (depending on your climate)
Let rest for 30-60 minutes
Roll out with rolling pin or pasta machine
(manual pasta roller can be bought for $25 or less)
Stack in a pile, use right away or wrap in plastic wrap
**To prevent wraps from sticking, coat in corn flour**
