Freeze Fresh Herbs in Olive Oil

I came across this awesome idea on Pinterest today that I am just dying to try. Take your fresh herbs from the garden and put them in the bottom of an ice cube tray. Cover the herbs in olive oil and throw it in the freezer. Every time you want the herbs, you can just throw one in the pan!
